Windsor Racecourse, renowned for its Monday Night Racing between April to October and its Thames riverside location, will be hosting Racing League’s 3rd week fixture.
The event also signifies the start of our much-anticipated Ownership Day Series, where you can discover the thrill of shared ownership with plenty of activities planned throughout the evening.
OWNERSHIP DAY ACTIVITY:
Syndicate Village:
Syndicate and clubs will be on hand in the Syndicate Village to discuss alternative avenues into racehorse ownership. Syndicates and racing clubs confirmed to attend on the day include Solario Racing, BG Racing Syndicates, Crest Racing, Dare To Dream Racing and Raceshare.
Horse Parade:
At 4pm, a few horses in training with shares available will take place in the Parade Ring. Racegoers will have the opportunity to buy shares on the day or simply learn about the process of purchasing shares in a racehorse and what to look for in a young horse.
Ownership talks:
A series of educational talks will take place throughout the day led by Frankie Foster. Frankie will interview syndicate managers, trainers and racing personalities including sharing their knowledge and experience of shared ownership.
Meet The Racehorse:
Racegoers will have the opportunity to meet an ex-racehorse up close and pose any questions about what the sport offers its equine participants and the career possibilities they have once they have retired from racing.
