Paddock to Post is an innovative, trainer-led syndicate, that allows our members to discover what goes into the development and training of young horses. Join us as we take two beautifully bred National Hunt yearlings ‘Olive’ and ‘Terrence’ on the journey from the paddock to the racecourse and hopefully the winner’s enclosure. The syndicate is for 20 members, who will have a share in both horses – double the interest and excitement!

The horses are very correct individuals, from families Suzy has trained with great success; ‘Olive’ is a 2023 filly by Masterstroke ex Aimigayle, who Suzy trained to win 7 races including the Listed Mares’ Chase Final at Newbury and who was second at The Cheltenham Festival in The Byrne Group Plate. She won over £126,000 in prize money. ‘Terrence’ is a 2023 gelding by Jack Hobbs ex Strike The Flint (who won 2 races for us); herself a daughter of Material World a famous one-eyed mare Suzy trained, who won 5 races and was second at The Cheltenham Festival in The Pertemps Final and won over £93,000.

A 5% share costs £2,500, with monthly subscription fees of £180 set until end June 2026, rising to £300 per month, once the horses are in full training.

Included in your membership; in the first two years, there will be yard visits to see the horses, a trip to Newmarket to tour the National Stud and visit the National Horseracing Museum, and a private box with lunch at the races; then once the horses are in full training, there will be yard visits to see them on the gallops, and then of course, all the excitement of the races, the Owner’s badges, being in Parade ring and cheering your horses home!
