Tim Easterby’s Reality Partnerships provide a cost effective approach to racehorse ownership. We arrange regular stable visits to see the horses on the gallops and members can also enjoy all the advantages of going racing as an owner. Previously syndicated horses have included the very talented Group 1 sprinter, Hamish McGonagall.

Tim is a very familiar sight around the sales ring and purchases new bloodstock throughout the year.  Following purchase all the horses for sale and syndication will be shown on our website.  Some horses are bought by sole owners, but some people like to get involved in half or quarter shares or like to join our very successful Reality Syndicates where 10% shares are available.

Each owner pays an initial fee to purchase their 10% share then an all-inclusive fixed monthly fee to cover racing, training, vet fees etc.  You then know exactly what you will be paying initially and monthly.  The syndicate benefits are listed below.

Each owner receives the following:

• A pro-rata share of any prize money won.
• A pro-rata share of any resale value.
• Two owner badges giving access to the parade ring, winners enclosure and the owners facilities when the horse runs.
• Regular stable visits are arranged.
• Regular updates on the horse’s progress and the intended racing plan.
